Great news!
Our builder called us last night to let us know that blocks for the basement walls will be delivered early this week (probably today,) it should take about 10 days to construct the basement and he said we're probably two weeks from first wood. (Sill plate, floor joists, 1st floor deck and steel center beam. I'm anxious for black-in with winter coming and also anxious to see how fast they go from sill to shingles - I think it's going to go very fast.
I should have pictures showing quite a bit of change over the next month or so. I'm so excited!
